Tawi Lodge is an intimate luxury safari lodge within a private 3,000-acre conservancy near Kimana Gate. The lodge sits on the eastern side of Amboseli National Park. Mount Kilimanjaro rises beside the lodge, creating spectacular mountain views. The peaceful wilderness setting also provides excellent access to the Amboseli ecosystem. Guests can enjoy wildlife away from the busier areas of the national park.
The lodge features 13 individual guest cottages and a spacious new suite. Elegant rustic East African design shapes the accommodation. Every cottage has an en-suite bathroom and faces Mount Kilimanjaro. Private wooden decks, fireplaces, and spacious bedrooms add comfort. Wildlife often approaches the lodge’s waterhole. Guests can watch elephants and other animals from their cottages or communal areas.
Tawi Lodge combines safari adventure with relaxation and wellness. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool overlooking the waterhole. The lodge also features a spa, hot tub, lounges, bar, and landscaped gardens. Safari activities include game drives, guided walks, birdwatching, night drives, and bush dining. The lodge also uses solar power to support its eco-friendly operations.
