Lake Manyara National Park lies between Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, right along the 400 meters deep Great Rift Valley. The park boasts a variety of landscapes that attract many different animals. You can for example visit the lake that covers 75 percent of the park, pass through a dense rainforest with hundreds of monkeys and birds, and see elephants up close in the woodlands.

The Serengeti is Africa’s most iconic safari destination. The reason? The Great Migration. Each year, enormous herds thunder across the plains in one of nature’s greatest spectacles. And the predators that follow are just as impressive — over 4,000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1,000 leopards, 3,500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs call the Serengeti home. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders — and it earns that title every single day. Two million years ago, a vast volcano collapsed and created this incredible natural amphitheatre. Today, the fertile crater floor supports the highest concentration of wildlife found anywhere in Africa. Step inside and lions, zebras, buffalos, and black rhinos surround you on all sides. The views stretch endlessly across the crater walls. You simply will not know where to look first.

Step into Tarangire National Park and discover a side of Tanzania that few travellers expect. The Tarangire River draws thousands of animals during the dry season — making it one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife corridors. Massive elephant herds dominate the plains, while ancient baobab trees rise dramatically from the bush. Lions prowl, leopards rest in the shade, and the skies fill with over 550 bird species. The last day! Depending on your flight time, you can relax in the lodge a bit longer before heading to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your flight home. Having second thoughts?
