Located near the Bologonja Ranger Post in Serengeti National Park, the Ang’ata Migration – Bologonja Camp is just an hour’s drive from the Mara River, where you can witness the world-famous river crossings of the Great Migration. From the end of July to October, Nile crocodiles lie in ambush, and big cats wait on the riverbanks to hunt as thousands of wildebeests pass by. During these months, you can enjoy your morning cup of tea in front of your tent while observing the spectacle.
The Ang’ata Migration Bologonja Camp features 12 spacious guest tents, including a family unit with two tents. The tents are available as doubles or triples (upon request) and come equipped with ensuite bathrooms, offering either a king-size bed or two single beds. Daily meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are freshly prepared by the chefs and served in the dining tent. For evening entertainment, a bush TV (campfire) sets the mood, accompanied by the sounds of zebras braying and lions roaring throughout the night.
